Your Canadian Working

Holiday, Made Simple.

Visa support, Job placement, and housing - everything you need for a smooth start in Canada.

We are a UK-based travel service helping young people (18–35) secure jobs, housing and most importantly, their ‘IEC Working Holiday Visa’ for Canada. Founded by someone who’s lived the Canadian ski season experience first-hand, we know what it’s like to land in a new country and want everything to just fall into place.

That’s why we have collaborated with partner resorts such as ‘Mount Washington Alpine Resort’. We also build relationships with local homeowners and landlords such as ‘Trip Vacation Rentals’ to provide travellers with secure accommodation year after year.

Our role is simple: we support UK students and young travellers heading to Canada with clear guidance, dependable partnerships and an expertise on how to get the most out of your trip.

Why Choose Us

Real Experience

Red Leaf Routes was founded by someone who has lived and worked through multiple seasons in Canada, including at the same resorts our clients apply to. Our advice is based on real, first-hand experience - not theory.

We understand the realities of seasonal work and mountain life, allowing us to give practical, honest guidance that genuinely prepares our clients for what to expect.

Direct Partnerships

We only work with employers and housing providers we know and trust. Having lived and worked at these resorts ourselves, we’ve built relationships that help our clients step into Canada feeling supported, confident and welcome.

These partnerships aren’t just logos on a page, they’re real connections that give you genuine employment routes, realistic housing options, and a smoother start to life in Canada.

Affordable Fees

Our packages offer the best value for money among UK competitors. Unlike other brands, Red Leaf Routes is small, personal, and experience-led.

Larger companies are often overpriced, overcrowded, and leave you feeling like just another number.

We focus on a select number of travellers each year to ensure exceptional attention to detail, backed up by real experience and an affordable pricing model.

What People Say About Us

★★★★★

I actually spoke with Red Leaf Routes before it was officially up and running, and the advice they gave me was genuinely really useful.

It was just honest advice about visas, jobs, accommodation, and what life in a mountain town is actually like.

That conversation helped me feel far more confident about planning a working holiday in Canada and gave me clarity I hadn’t been able to get from forums or generic websites. It’s clear Red Leaf Routes has been built off real experience rather than theory.

★★★★★

We spoke with Red Leaf Routes while exploring options for a working holiday in Canada, and the guidance was very reassuring. It was clear they had lived and worked in the environment themselves and understood both the opportunities and the realities.

There was no pressure, just honest explanations around jobs, housing, and what life would look like day to day. It made the whole idea feel far more structured and realistic.

Harry & Katie - Cambridge - United Kingdom

★★★★

Before starting the process, I with a lot of questions and uncertainty about how a working holiday in Canada would actually work. Speaking with Red Leaf Routes helped put things into perspective straight away.

What I appreciated most was how clearly everything was explained, from what kind of work is realistic, to how accommodation usually works, and what daily life looks like once you arrive. Nothing felt exaggerated or glossed over, which made it much easier to trust the guidance.

Currently, i'm partway through the visa process with accomodation and a strong job oppertunity already lined up for winter 26/27.
